The Cityscape India exhibition is India’s largest international real estate exhibition featuring
over 120 companies from across the world. Exhibitors will showcase their development
opportunities, architectural innovation, consultation and project management services and
finance and investment services.
Conference
8 – 10 December 2008 – Bombay Exhibition Centre
The Cityscape India conference will feature over 100 domestic and international speakers
who will discuss and debate issues critical to real estate investment, development,
infrastructure and retail. This year’s format includes two parallel streams including ‘real
estate finance and investment’ and ‘infrastructure finance and investment’ as well as a
separately bookable retail city summit day.
Workshops
10 – 12 December 2008 – Grand Hyatt Mumbai
The Cityscape India workshops will delve deeper into current issues affecting real estate in
India including infrastructure financing opportunities, real estate modeling and structuring
Islamic real estate deals.
Networking Cocktail Party
8 December 2008 - Grand Hyatt Mumbai
One of the highlights of the event will be the cocktail party which is held on the opening
evening of the event. The party will be held in one of Mumbai’s prominent night spots, and
will create an outstanding networking opportunity in an informal environment. The party
will be exclusive to Cityscape India participants and is by invitation only.
